1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the LuWay mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. AUTO-RENEWABLE SUBSCRIPTIONS

2.2 Premium Features (Individual Users)

Premium subscription for individual users includes:

• ✅ Verified Badge (Blue) next to your name
• ✅ Profile Banner Background (Custom profile appearance)
• ✅ 4 Free Boosts Monthly (Promote your vehicle listings)
• ✅ Priority Support (Faster response times)
• ✅ Ad-free experience (No advertisements)
• ✅ Advanced Analytics (Detailed insights about your listings performance)
• ✅ Early access to new features

2.3 Subscription Management

Payment: Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

No Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

2.4 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period (if offered):

• Trial Duration: As specified in the subscription offer
• Trial to Paid: Trial converts to paid subscription automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before trial ends
• One Trial: Free trial is available once per user/account
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime during trial period to avoid charges

3. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LuWay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide:

• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Accurate personal information

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. PROHIBITED USES

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Create fake accounts or spam listings
• Sell or transfer your account

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Studio085 and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

6.2 Registered Features

Features related to searching and contacting by license plate are registered with AGEPI (Republic of Moldova) as intellectual property of Alexandrov Pavel and Macovschi Tudor-Alexei. Any unauthorized copying, cloning, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Damages exceeding amount paid for subscription (if any)

9. PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email to registered users.

11. TERMINATION

11.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

11.2 By Us

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Studio085, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App and is not responsible for the App or content. You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
